1. Your Right to Cancel
As a UK customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Be in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, and any promotional items.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are returned worn, washed, damaged, or not in a resalable condition.
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return:

Package the item securely and include your order details.

Send the item to our returns address (provided upon request).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

We will refund the full price of the item plus the original standard delivery cost.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving your returned item.
Please note: expedited or upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
