It all began with two best friends who shared a passion for holistic living and a deep appreciation for the benefits of traditional, natural ingredients.
We’ve both always loved exploring ways to live a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. While searching for skincare solutions that aligned with our values, we struggled to find products that were truly natural and free from harsh chemicals.
How it started & how it's going
More Than Skincare
Elise first discovered tallow, a nourishing, vitamin-rich ingredient that has been used for centuries to heal and protect the skin. There was some scepticism at first but now they're both mooing about the benefits of tallow skincare.
As Nature Intended
Inspired by its transformative properties, we decided to create our own line of tallow-based skincare, crafted with care and love. What started as a kitchen experiment soon blossomed into a small business, as friends and family quickly became our first loyal customers.

It all started with a chat about tallow for skincare and going back to nature - there was some scepticism.
The Launch
We officially launched in July 2025 with just two products.
The Expansion
We expanded our range to include Baby Balm, Lip Balms and more, and Elise moved over to Australia, thus cowski.com.au was born!
